As a pre-integration project aimed at supporting newcomers, the visual identity draws direct inspiration from the map of Germany, representing the country as a welcoming place of arrival and new beginnings. The conceptual process started with a detailed pencil sketch mapping out the national borders and regional geography. Because the initiative focuses on orientation and building a secure future within the country, using the silhouette of Germany creates an immediate, unmistakable connection to the theme of arrival. This geographic anchor lays a strong foundation for the brand, symbolizing a structured space where diverse pathways intersect and new journeys officially begin.

To transform the geographic silhouette into an empowering symbol of integration, the interior of the map is constructed from a vibrant mosaic of varied circles. These colorful dots represent individuals from different backgrounds coming together to form a cohesive community. The expansive palette—combining warm ambers, ochre yellows, deep terracottas, slate blues, and muted greens—expresses plurality, inclusion, and social unity. Encircling the central mosaic, clean sans-serif typography spells out the full German project title: "GUT GESTARTET - ERFOLGREICH ANGEKOMMEN" (Good Start - Successful Arrival).
